Dear Helen,
Thank you for tonight’s class and we are looking forward to the next one. We learned a great deal tonight and the first thing I did was soak our raw almonds. I am requesting the recipe for the soup and the mineral broth. I know this class will help change some of our eating habits for healthier ones.

Really enjoyed your class last night at the YMCA and looking forward to next week. I wanted to know if you had any suggestions for getting a good night sleep. I will sleep for an hour or two and wide awake for rest of night. I’ve tried a number of teas and other remedies to no avail. HELP!!!
